Job DescriptionResponsible for assisting doctors/nursing staff in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met. Daily tasks might include things like monitoring vital signs and health. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Checks Patients in/out 2. Calls patients to pre-register 3. Collects Co-Pays/verify insurance 4. Answers and directs office calls to appropriate staff to resolve/answer. 5. Schedules patient appointments 6. Assists patients with rooming 7. Obtains and records vital signs, weights, and heights 8. Observes and reports changes in patients' condition to the clinical team 9. Maintains clinical inventory 10. Other related duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired: 1. HS Diploma or equivalent? 2. EMT certification and/or nursing assistant certification Preferred: 1. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written 2. Patient, compassionate nature 3. Ability to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and nurses 4.
