Performs duties to monitor and record all gaming and casino activities. Exercises good judgment to identify suspicious guests or team members, following detailed instructions according to company policies and procedures. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. Monitors all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area. Notifies appropriate party of suspicious behavior. Records and reports on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior. Maintains and updates accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity. Reviews taped incidents to identify gaming problems. Sets up and maintains control standards book, alert files, and other departmental documentation. Other duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST.
