Hourly pay rate of $22/hour after successful completion of six month introductory period. Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Logan Correctional Center located in Lincoln, Illinois. This position is typically a FT position (M-F, regular business hours). The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, initiates records for new or transferred intakes. They review health records for completeness, files records as required, prepares reports as needed and more.
