Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance+ Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers+ Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment+ Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times**What Are We Looking For**+ Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement+ Strong commitment to safety and customer service+ Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends+ Capable of lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor conditions+ Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently**Conditions of Employment**+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment**+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer**+ $24.09 to $25.09 per hour+ Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental and Vision+ Company paid vacation and holidays+ Union PensionEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10008348
