Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

The Head of Enterprise Services is a senior leadership role charged with guiding, refining, and expanding the organization's shared operational functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Office, this individual will spearhead initiatives to strengthen systems and processes that enable the company's long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for core service areas, including Information Technology, Procurement, and Facilities.
• Architect and roll out operational frameworks that scale effectively with business growth and evolving priorities.
• Guide and mentor functional leaders, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance through timely, constructive feedback.
• Coordinate efforts between multiple business functions to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and reduce duplication of effort.
• Represent U.S. operations in strategic discussions with the Head of Office, driving initiatives that address local needs within the global business context.
• Establish company-wide procedures for tracking and managing operational projects and strategic deliverables.
• Monitor and ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness in the delivery of services by internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop integrated strategies for Procurement, Facilities, and IT that align closely with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee Facilities operations, managing vendor relationships, office enhancements, space planning, and renovation projects to maintain an optimal workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively senior experience within the financial or professional services sector.
• At least 8 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Demonstrated success in aligning operational practices with overarching business goals.
• Proven ability to foster innovation, collaboration, and a culture of accountability.
• Highly proactive with exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Strong communicator with polished writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at building productive relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with a track record of problem-solving and delivering results.
