We're hiring a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver for short-haul, local delivery routes based out of Owings Mills, MD. This isn't just any delivery gig-you'll be transporting fresh donuts to retail locations, making multiple stops each night, and helping keep each display clean and stocked. If you're a night owl who loves being behind the wheel and enjoys keeping things moving, this is your moment to shine!Hours & PaySchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM - 8:00 AM (13-hour shifts)Pay: $23 - $25/hour.Floaters: Averaging 20-30 hours/week, with the opportunity to travel to remote locations-hotel accommodations, personal mileage reimbursement, and $25/day per diem provided.What You'll Do* Operate a 16-ft automatic box truck with lift gates or ramps* Sort and load products at the distribution center* Deliver boxed and tray-based donut orders to 8-22 retail stops per route* Rotate inventory and clean product displays at delivery sites* Return unsold products to the DC for disposal* Use a handheld scanner to document deliveries* Interact professionally with store staff and maintain a clean, casual appearanceRequirements* Valid driver's license and DOT medical card required* Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse* Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-screening* At least 6 months of box truck driving experience* Comfortable lifting 10+ pounds* Excellent customer service and attention to detail* Safety-conscious and able to navigate tight turns carefully* Complete training alongside a lead driver before running soloWhy Drive With Us?As a Staffmark driver, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and access to holiday pay (where applicable).
