What You'll Be Doing as a Property Manager
- Property Oversight: Ensure high standards for the residential community, oversee daily operations, develop policies, and manage construction, tenant alterations, and insurance requirements.
- Collaborative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team, foster a positive environment, and ensure alignment with delivering exceptional resident service.
- Resident Interface: Build strong relationships, address needs and concerns, and enhance residents' living experience.
- Customer Service: Conduct introductory calls, face-to-face meetings, and coordinate with the CX team to ensure service quality.
- Communication: Respond courteously to requests, handle complaints professionally, and maintain resident relations.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate files, prepare communications, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Financials: Analyze financial statements, develop budgets, and manage capital plans to optimize performance.

Compensation
- $115,000 - $125,000 annually plus performance-based bonus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in property management, with leadership experience in luxury/multi-family lease-up environments.
- Experience with budgets, financial reporting, leasing, and marketing.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.).
- Strong conflict resolution and organizational skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and implementing automation tools.
- Availability for some overtime, evenings, and weekends during lease-up. CAM or CPM certification preferred.
