Position Details:
As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Responsibilities include maintaining care records, reporting changes, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with training as required by state regulations.
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality and privacy.
- Meet health requirements and pass background checks.
