DescriptionThis position involves making deliveries and providing support to the Branch Manager, Warehouse Associates and Sales associates ensuring their focus is dedicated to helping customers.Major Duties and Responsibilities* Drive company vehicles to make customer deliveries and pick up material from suppliers with excellent safety precautions and care for company equipment* Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of and supplies in vehicles, and reporting all issues and damage* Ensure yard is well organized and maintained* Load and unload deliveries and receipts* Maintain good condition of and operate equipment, delivery trucks, and forklift* Pull orders and transfers from yard without computer transactions* Physically stock yard material after receiving process is completedRequirements* Experience: High volume warehouse or distribution experience a plus. Delivery driving with customer interaction a plus.* Education: High School or GED* Landscape, irrigation and utility knowledge is a plus.* Positive / Professional / Problem solver* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.* Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.* Forklift certification is a plus.Benefits* 401k with employer match* Medical/dental/vision plans* Paid holidays* Incentive program* Tuition Reimbursement Program* Paid volunteering time off
