What Youll Do:
- Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors
- Track and reconcile warranty receivables and payments
- Review repair orders for compliance and accuracy
- Communicate with technicians and service advisors to verify claim details
- Stay current on manufacturer policies, bulletins, and procedures
- Maintain digital records and support audit preparation
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in automotive warranty administration or service support
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), especially CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication with both internal teams and external partners
