Key Responsibilities Sales Consultant:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles, answering questions, and providing an outstanding experience
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, services, and financing options
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations that highlight key product features and benefits
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through networking and relationship building
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Create and perform professional vehicle demonstrations
  • Keep Sales Managers informed on appointments, goals, and customer progress
  • Maintain a positive, goal-driven attitude every day

Qualifications/Requirements Sales Consultant:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and hygiene.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Work with integrity and ethically and uphold company/organization values.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, supporting company goals and respecting diversity
  • Must be available to work any recognized Federal holiday that falls on a normal scheduled workday.
