Nanny Needed For My Children

I am a CRNA working long hours in the hospital and my husband is a pilot and is gone for 5-7 days at a time. I have 7-month-old identical twin girls and two dogs (very self sufficient). I would love to have help with the household duties as well if possible. The idea of a live-in nanny is also not out of the question.
