Serve as the primary platform support point of contact for engaging partner IT teams, technical issue resolution and response. Serve as the primary IT team contact for platform and infrastructure change to support new IT solutions, technical upgrades and enhancements, or security changes. Participate in all team Agile ceremonies and contribute to team solution delivery including solution architecture and design, testing, and deployment. Provide direct hands-on support for departmental business applications where needed including software installation and product upgrades. Serve as primary contact for IT SOX controls reporting. Requirements and Skills. Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years proven experience in a Platform Support or similar role. Experience working in a Microsoft .NET software development environment and supporting web based, server based, and container-based solutions.
