Looking for someone to really engage with the kids. Depending on the parents schedule and plans the sitter will have either all or just some of the kids. The sitter will mainly stay at the house with the kids, play in the playroom or in the backyard. The girl (oldest) loves to read. The boys like being active and playing in the backyard. Someone that has experience with multiple kids would be best for the job.
