Responsibilities - Body Shop Estimator:
- Provide top level Customer Service to all customers and exceed customers expectations.
- Engage customers and other teammates in a professional manner at all times.
- Review workload and estimate schedule to continuously maximize efficiency.
- Prepare estimates for scheduled customers and assigned insurance direct repair programs.
- Maintain exceptional CSI and DRP scorecards above company standards.
- Complete a proper Blueprint process for an accurate repair plan and work closely with the repair technician.
- Process parts orders accurately and timely to minimize mistakes and increase cycle time.
- Maintain communication throughout the repair process with insurance representatives and customers.
- Maintain files daily and record accurate detailed documentation.
- Assist with quality control to assure all aspects of the repair has been completed.
- Prepare final billing for completed repair orders for customer and insurance needs.
- Close files daily to achieve weekly sales goals.
- Review accounts receivables and open repair orders weekly with management.
- Participate in continued education and training.
Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Estimator:
- Automotive Body Shop Estimator experience is required
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test.
