Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and service clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver personalized massage therapy services that align with clients' expectations.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on various products, services, and treatments available.
- Ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the facility is maintained.
- Act as an expert in muscle and body analysis, providing maintenance regimens.
- Promote and sell massage therapy services and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with certifications and new industry trends.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Massage Therapy License.
- Capability to perform a variety of massage therapy services and treatments.
- Proficient in basic PC operations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of massage experience in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of body treatments.
- Experience with Salon Biz.
