We are seeking a Project Architect with 35 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the design and development of commercial and residential projects, ensuring they align with brand standards, operational functionality, and regulatory requirements. As a licensed architect, you will oversee all phases of design, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants, and ensure that each project is delivered on time and with excellence. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Project Architect, you'll manage the design and execution of commercial and residential projects from concept through completion. You'll oversee site planning, create construction documents, and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA standards. Working closely with engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure that each project meets operational needs, brand aesthetics, and budget requirements. You'll also review and approve design modifications, manage permitting processes, and provide guidance during construction to resolve design challenges and maintain quality standards. Your expertise will help bring each project from initial vision to reality while supporting the growth and success of our multi-brand portfolio.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 35 years of architectural experience with a focus on commercial and residential projects
  • An active architectural license is required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA standards, and permitting processes
  • Experience producing construction documents and coordinating with engineering consultants
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with restaurant or retail design is a plus
