About the Role
We are actively seeking a Vice President to spearhead the project delivery of utility-scale solar and storage assets. In this pivotal role, you will lead our in-house construction team in developing and executing delivery plans, while enhancing our internal systems to support our expanding portfolio of build-ready assets. We are looking for a candidate with extensive hands-on experience in large-scale renewable energy or solar infrastructure projects and a successful track record in a senior management position.
Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the complete lifecycle of EPC execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will manage active construction across multiple sites, supervise contractor performance, and lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and field staff.
This role also requires close collaboration with various departments, including development, legal, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project handoff and execution. Ideal candidates will have expertise in construction planning, cost control, permitting processes, and safety oversight. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex workflows across departments will be essential.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred, and a project management certification would be a valuable asset. This position may require occasional travel to project sites, and we encourage applications from candidates located on the East Coast.
