Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist – CT Location: Johnson City, NY Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Evening Rotational - 36hr/week

Job Summary: The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist – CT is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and reliable CT imaging services while ensuring quality care and excellent customer service. This role supports patients, medical staff, and regulatory standards, with priority given to activities that directly impact patient care and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT procedures as requested by referring physicians.
• Follow established radiation safety practices for both patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, including incident reporting.
• Provide patient education as needed.
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians and radiology staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Utilize Radiology Management System functions related to patient procedures.
• Adhere to accepted clinical standards, principles, and protocols for CT imaging.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Active NYS Radiology Technologist license (NY Department of Health).
• ARRT(R) certification.
• BLS certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred:

• NYS Injection certification.
• ARRT CT Registration.
