You'll be joining an all-star team with engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We're looking for a talented Project Manager to help us grow our product to hundreds of banks. We're bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world, and we're hoping you can help us do that! We're looking for a Head of Implementation to own and scale our customer onboarding function, ensuring every client launch is fast, seamless, and sets the stage for long-term success. Your Responsibilities:
- Own the implementation function at Glide from kickoff through go-live for all new clients.
- Build the team: Hire, train and coach a team of implementation managers as we rapidly scale.
- Create scalable processes: design playbooks, templates, and best practices to standardize delivery across all clients.
- Proactively identify risks or delays-escalate and resolve issues creatively and effectively.
- Measure and optimize metrics like implementation duration, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned priorities.
- Act as the customer's advocate-anticipate their needs, resolve questions preemptively, and drive satisfaction.
Need-to-Haves:
- Proven experience overseeing customer implementations in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Must have experience working with credit union or banking core systems
- Strong customer empathy paired with operational rigor and process focus
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and improve processes strategically.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous role leading implementations at an embedded fintech or SaaS startup.
- Experience scaling teams and hiring implementation professionals.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, implementation tracking platforms, and analytics dashboards
- Background in fintech or financial services
- Understanding of the competitive landscape for credit union and banking software.
And finally, a brief overview of Glide's benefits package: Competitive Compensation: As this role can be eligible for remote employees, the base salary range is $150,000-$190,000. This will be determined by previous experience and location.
