Time and Attendance Specialist - Remote (West Region Preferred) This position will work West Region (PST) hours. Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) Knowledge and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in UKG (UltiPro) Time and Attendance system.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data and batch processing.
- Exhibits continuous attention to detail, confidentiality, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Accuracy, good research skills, and communication in both written and verbal skills.

Key AccountabilitiesTime and Attendance:
- Operational support:
- Audit/ Data Quality: Support closure of pay period to ensure accurate T&A across our portfolio. Provide technical leadership to Payroll Clerks at locations for accurate and timely data entry (matrix management).
- Scheduling: Ensure all employees have accurate schedules assigned in T&A.
- Run Cuts: Support the integration of new run cuts into UTA
- Knowledge sharing: ensure our employees are trained in accurate use of T&A
- Process Mapping:
- Support the Payroll Compliance & Process Manager to map the process from DCS to T&A to Payroll
- Ensure accountabilities are mapped and reflected in each JD within the organization
- Rationalize workload within the organization
- Improvement:
- Help improve the data mapping, flow and dashboarding to respond to the need of the organization
- Support the Payroll Compliance and Process Manager to automate attendance reporting from UTA
Systems:
- Managing time and attendance system
- Working with HRIS/Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Report system failures
- Ad-hoc analysis: support the organization to analyze trends and data to provide some continuous improvement prospect to our networks
