• Customer Base: Businesses, ranging from small offices to large enterprises, and potentially data centers.

Residential MDU's (e.g., Apartments, Condos, Student Housing):

Customer Base: Individual /tenants. What

This Construction Manager position is responsible for overseeing the construction of fiber optic networks. You'll plan projects, manage budgets and schedules, and work with construction crews and vendors to get the job done right. You'll also be responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all aspects of fiber optic network construction projects. Supervise construction crews and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify and solve problems, and manage risks.
• Keep detailed records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in OSP construction management.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic network construction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
