Your responsibilities would include:
- Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions as per Blink protocols
- Preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping
- Inventory maintenance (storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating)
- Handling provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
- Resolution of open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Partner Pharmacy Coordinator team
- Performing all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacist-in-Charge
What We're Looking For:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri - in good standing and unrestricted
- Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
- Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
