Job Description & Requirements**Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - 13-Week Contract** **Schedule:** Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks **Start Date:** ASAP **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment. This full-time role is for the day shift, and requires working every other weekend. A weekend-only schedule may be considered for the right candidate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide respiratory care services to patients in accordance with established treatment protocols and medical guidelines. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. - Educate patients and their families about respiratory therapy procedures and equipment. - Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment. **Unit Information:** This role does not involve rotation through NICU/PICU. **Qualifications:** - Must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS certification is preferred but not required). - Must have an active RRT license in good standing. - A minimum of 2-3 years of respiratory therapy experience is required. **Benefits of Working with ARMStaffing:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
