DRUG SCREENS & Orientation are REQUIRED at 2115 S 3600 W, West Valley City, UT, 84119. Orientation sessions typically take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:00 AM. Please arrive on time; if you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to join.

Upon completing your orientation, you will transition to the job at Maersk and become eligible for future short-term projects. You will receive 1.5 hours of orientation pay after you work your full shift.

Your job will primarily involve:

• Using a tablet to pick orders and packing/shipping them using a PC and RF scanner.
• Hand-labeling orders according to specific job requirements.

Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for 8-9 hours.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Breaks: You will have 2 paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch break. Refrigerators and vending machines are available on-site.

Please Note: There are no lockers available; we recommend leaving personal items at home.

General Expectations:

• Work independently or as part of a team to pick, pack, and ship items.
• Relocate or repackage inventory items safely, weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Operate equipment safely, if trained.
• Engage in physical activities such as reaching, bending, and lifting as needed.
• Maintain a fast pace while on your feet throughout your shift.
• Be comfortable working in an environment with forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Wear close-toed shoes and pants.
