Long term substitute 1st Grade PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a valid Ohio Early Childhood P-3 License/ Certificate, K-8 License/ Certificate, or Pre. K-5 License/ Certificate, or appropriate current, valid licensure. QUALIFICATIONS: Must demonstrate organizational skills and communication skills. Must be an effective communicator and motivator. Must possess strong leadership skills. Must have current BCI and FBI background checks. Must have current pre-employment drug test results.
