The advancement team of ten raised roughly $7.4M last year, including $3.3M in annual fund support. The school is currently leading an $85M comprehensive campaign, focusing on a major student-focused capital project and endowment support. The previous campaign successfully concluded in 2020 with $50M raised.

The team's success stems from their commitment to the institution and each other. With tenures ranging from 1.5 to 20 years, they prioritize collaboration, culture, and community. The Opportunity: Managing Director of Annual Giving

The Managing Director of Annual Giving will oversee the annual giving program, the Fund for St. John's. This role reports directly to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO). The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to increase philanthropic support. Collaboration and strengthening campus relationships are key, with some travel and weekend/evening hours expected.
