The Associate Regulatory Affairs Director, US Lead, Regulatory Science & Execution will be accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of regulatory strategies for assigned project(s)/product(s) and regulatory jurisdiction(s), with the intention of achieving successful registration and lifecycle management of unique and technologically complex products serving patients with rare diseases and unmet medical needs.
This individual will provide tactical and strategic input to and leadership across regulatory and cross-functional teams with the objective of delivering according to regional and global Business Objectives. The individual will also ensure effective communication and constructive working relationships with business partners and representatives of regulatory authorities.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $ 134,054.40 - 201,081.60 USD.Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles),to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
