Leads Process Improvement tools and methods, such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies, to eliminate losses within a Distribution Center based on the Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.
Delivers functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creating standard work to reduce process variation.
Assists with reviewing and responding to process improvement projects owned by area managers, applying new network One Best Way playbooks, and providing input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams.
Leads savings projects, promotes company policies and values, supports WPS program deployment, manages project execution, and builds team capability.
Supports loss profile analysis, performance metrics, and develops gap analysis for WPS integration.
Develops relationships with stakeholders, supports plans to meet customer and business needs, and promotes continuous learning.
Provides supervision, development, and recognition for associates, ensures policy compliance, and fosters a culture of belonging and integrity.
Acts with integrity, delivers results with a customer-first approach, and drives continuous improvement and innovation.

The annual salary range is $104,000 - $156,000, with additional compensation for performance and location-based bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with 3 years' experience in Process Improvement, proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical skills, process simulation knowledge, and demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable savings.
Preferred Qualifications...Experience in Total Performance Management or similar programs, Six Sigma certification.
