We are also conveniently located close to the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of the Hilldale Mall . The hours of work for this position are 7:45am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position works full time in office , 5 days per week. Following the initial training period, t his position may be eligible to work a hybrid schedule with up to a few days per week working remotely. Position Summary In position, you will be responsible for processing and managing public records of all types of organizational and business documents submitted to the division as required by state statutes. This will include accurately assessing and applying filing, recording and service fees, endorsing accepted documents, and preparing communications to detail observations in documents submitted for filing. You will provide assistance to customers of the division via various channels including by phone, email, in person visitors and respond to inquiries related to the multiple programs administered by the division. Associates will need to sufficiently interpret and relay information regarding processes, statutes and regulations using procedural and technical resources to our customers.
Salary Information This position is in schedule-range (02-11) with an hourly salary of $22.31 per hour, plus excellent benefits . A twelve-month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.

Qualifications A minimally qualified candidate must detail having experience in all of the following to be considered:

- Using multiple databases to conduct detailed research (i.e. file/records checks, verifying case information)
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks (i.e. filing electronic and paper documents, receiving/sorting and prepping mail, etc.)
In addition to possessing all of the above criterion, a well-qualified applicant will also detail having experience in one or more of the following:
- Handling sensitive/confidential information and/or documentation
- Call center/customer service experience
