About who needs care: Coming home from rehab after falling a couple times. Has a Compression fracture in her L4 that she is being treated for. Has a couple of other issues such as A fib, and edema in her legs that she is also going to be treated for. She wears hearing aids and takes several medications.About the care needs: She needs Physical and Occupational therapy, and someone to just help her walk to build up her strength.Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
