Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.Job SummaryTo repair and maintain electrical systems, motor control centers, panel boards, and other electrical and mechanical equipment. Must be capable of assisting with other engineering trades such as mechanical and maintenance technicians.Accountabilities* Tests and maintains the emergency generators and emergency power systems on a weekly basis and documents all test results. 20%* Repairs and maintains fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.15%* Performs scheduled tests to comply with JCAHO, DHEC, and other standards. Attends training to achieve 90% attendance as required by JCAHO. 15%* Performs preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and records appropriately.
