JOB SUMMARYThis role involves working in a laboratory-style production environment, not a typical warehouse setting. Employees will operate at various stations where chemicals and solvents are poured into small columns using machine and computer automation. A high level of attention to detail is essential, as well as comfort working with chemicals. Full PPE will be provided, and safety training will be conducted prior to handling materials. Candidates with assembly, manufacturing, medical assisting, or retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they have strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and computer automation to fill columns with specified chemicals and solvents.
- Follow detailed safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in measuring and pouring chemicals.
- Monitor processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Participate in safety and process training.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing.
- Ability to work with chemicals and follow safety guidelines.
- Basic computer skills to operate automated equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
