The Clinical Outcomes Specialist at Sinai Hospital is a Masters or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurse who functions as a resource to nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes within the healthcare organization. The COS works within the Department of Clinical Excellence to facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, positively influencing nursing care delivery. Using a data-driven approach, the COS leads sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
