As Inclusion and Belonging Lead - Genentech/ US Pharma, you will work in close partnership with the Head, I&B US to advance and implement Roches US enterprise-wide Inclusion & Belonging strategy by:Leading the execution of Roche's I&B strategy within the Genentech/ US Pharma organization while aligning with enterprise goals. Managing a dedicated team, including I&B Engagement Experts and DNA Group Partners, and overseeing performance, coaching, and development. Partnering with senior executives (e.g., the Genentech Executive Committee) to embed I&B into strategy, culture, and operations. Serving as a thought leader and subject matter expert on I&B across the business, bringing strategic insight and practical solutions to complex cultural challenges. Building and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships (e.g., P&C, Legal, Site Services, Informatics) to integrate inclusion into people systems, policies, and decision-making.
