And Impact: Develop and implement sales strategies within a defined territory for the Corporate Actions business, aligning with company objectives to drive growth in the North America region. Exceed new business targets through new customer acquisition and greenfield sales (add-ons, license expansions, upsells). Collaborate across sales, pre-sales, marketing, product, account management and other internal stakeholders to drive overall net growth. Maintain accurate and timely pipeline, sales forecast and meeting notes in salesforce.com. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects within defined territory. Monitor industry and market trends through both internal and external sources to incorporate within sales strategies and targeted prospecting campaigns.
