We are seeking a HVAC Mechanical Project Engineer for a contract-to-direct assignment in Cary, North Carolina. The selected candidate will work with a multi-discipline team to produce HVAC mechanical and plumbing systems concepts, fire protection design concepts and perform HVAC mechanical and plumbing calculations. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - - This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Cary, NC - - - - This position requires a Professional Engineer License (PE) - - Responsibilities - Meet with clients to represent mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) for pharmaceutical projects- Oversee HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection- Assess project requirements and oversee project design to completion- Manage designers and budgeted hours- Work with code officials and other design professionals when there is an interpretation or exception to design standards- HVAC mechanical and plumbing calculations including load and energy / total cost of ownership analysis- Coordinate with other...Project Engineer, Mechanical, HVAC, Mechanic, Engineer, Project, Manufacturing, Business Services
