Available at time of interview. Education: High school diploma or equivalent and one-year work experience. Must be a team player, a self-starter, and perform well with minimal supervision. Must think independently and demonstrate sound judgment. Must be supportive of The Salvation Armys mission and policies. The position requires a high level of confidentiality. Good communication skills as well as the ability to work with diverse and challenging personalities are essential. Required at time of hire: Family Safety Care Registry Check. Required within 60 days of employment: Hepatitis A vaccine documentation required by the City of St. Louis Health Department. Annual TB test. Current CPR certificate. Serv-Safe Certification. Missouri Associate Alcohol Drug Counselor Certification (for all daytime staff performing groups).
