Adecco is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our financial operations team. This is a critical support role for our Global Markets teams, focusing on the day-to-day processing and lifecycle management of complex financial products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of equity markets and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Hybrid in New York, NY
- Shift: M - F 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Type: Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of financial products, including equity swaps and derivatives, corporate action processing, trade allocations, and reconciliations.
- Analyze and resolve a wide variety of complex product issues, handling special cases and exception reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from trading, sales, and clients under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with global teams, including trading, sales, risk, and technology, to quickly resolve issues and mitigate risk.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
- Support strategic initiatives and provide value-add analysis to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate trading book, instrument, and client reference data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations or similar role within the financial industry.
- High-level knowledge of cash equities, equity swaps, and/or equity derivatives products.
- A strong understanding of equity markets and lifecycle management processes.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a control mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, urgency, and an intellectually curious nature.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required.
