Our client, a respected leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join their team. As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high quality pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cleanroom Operator (Night Shift)
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Range: $20/hour
Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM (2x2x3 schedule)
What's the Job?
Operate within a cleanroom environment to support manufacturing floor team in executing production tasks
Perform cleaning of classified areas
Safely move and handle materials such as pallets, boxes, totes, bins, etc
Restock materials in classified storage areas to maintain operational efficiency
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant workplace
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
BioWorks Certificate (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to wear all required PPE and safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, etc.).
Basic computer proficiency
Proven track record of excellent attendance and reliability
Previous cleanroom experience is a plus
