• Input and update property information and associated photographic data into the company database with high accuracy.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing digital files and folders related to photography projects.
• Coordinate with photographers to receive images and associated metadata in a timely manner.
• Generate reports on data trends and discrepancies as needed for managerial review.
• Support other administrative tasks as necessary, including answering phones and responding to email inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing data management and improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
