We have career opportunities for Recruiter in our Vancouver area.
Responsibilities:
Maintain constant communication with management regarding recruiting needs, open positions, and providing regular updates
Review resumes and qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for the position
Pre-Screen applicants over the phone and conduct in person interviews
Source applicants through various methods including veteran programs, colleges, and career fairs
Communicate with applicants about the position and company
Manage applicant tracking system and all on-boarding needs of new hires
Verify References
Organize and conduct new hire paperwork including all licensing paperwork
Work closely with the HR Manager to help make recruiting more efficient
Additional administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Prior security, law enforcement or military experience required
Prior recruitment experience preferred
Be able to obtain a State Security Guard License
Be able to pass a background check
Be able to pass a UA drug test including THC
Must have a HS Diploma or GED equivalant
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
Have the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures
Mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow-up on tasks
Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel as organization
Be able to maintain confidentiality
Must be adaptable to a flexible working schedule
Be able to go through all training and work in the field occasionally
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma AA Degree GED
