Your Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll lead nursing operations and collaborate with management to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless patient care.
- Evaluating the quality of services provided and collaborating with management for ongoing improvement.
- Creating a teamwork-centric environment that enhances care outcomes.
- Engaging with patients and families to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Involvement in staff development, including recruitment and performance evaluations.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring labor is aligned with patient needs.
- Managing supplies and inventory for efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 6 months of start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.
- PALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- RN diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program.
- At least 1 year of surgical operating room experience is mandatory.
