Your Role and Responsibilities As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), you will play a vital role in orthopedic, spine, urology, and pain management surgeries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and available for procedures.
- Assisting the physician and, at times, an RN during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Conducting specimen reconciliation and care.
- Supporting procedure room turnovers and end-of-day activities.
