Institutional Consulting Services (ICS) is comprised of institutional client businesses providing enhanced client coverage, and greater efficiencies across the platforms supporting the institutional products. ICS includes $700+ billion of Institutional Assets. The Fiduciary Consulting Group ( FCG ), which was formed through the strategic combination of Hyas Group and Cook Street Consulting, is a specialized business that provides bespoke investment consulting and fiduciary solutions to institutional clients throughout the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Our clients include corporations, government entities, and non-profit organizations, and we specialize in assisting retirement plan sponsors (defined contribution/defined benefit/nonqualified), 529 plans, endowments, foundations, and trusts. Our status as a fiduciary is clearly documented in our consulting agreements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Analyst to join FCG. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative functions. FCG provides exceptional, high-touch consulting services to its clients in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and requires a detail-oriented, driven individual with exemplary communication skills. Exceptional writing skills are essential to this position and are needed for composing, drafting, and editing correspondence and presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage client deliverables and investment reporting schedule and ensure timely responses
  • Manage process for onboarding new clients and client terminations, including preparing all required paperwork
  • Provide support for senior consultants with strong ability to multi-task and independently provide solutions to complex client needs
  • Prepare and track client related data using multiple Excel spreadsheets
  • Advance level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Compose written communications including outgoing correspondence, emails, presentations, forms, etc.
  • Effectively communicate to internal staff, clients, and vendors
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule client, prospect and vendor in-person/video conference meetings
  • Make airline, hotel and vehicle reservations
  • Prepare meeting agendas, letters and other documents for client meetings
  • Organize consultants for client meetings, including gathering all materials and preparing travel packet
  • Assist with client meeting materials preparation, including printing and shipping
  • Manage consultant tasks and client meeting dates - communicate to staff to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain and update client contact information
  • Share in reception coverage as needed
  • Filing including electronic file maintenance
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Troubleshoot client questions as needed
  • Provide back up support to administrative team as needed
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree and/or minimum of five years' experience supporting senior level executives is preferred
  • Knowledge of investment consulting or similar financial field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary range for the position: $57,000 and $110,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
