The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities: Prepare market surveysOutreach marketing and updating online adsAll leasing functions including evictions and move insVarious reporting responsibilitiesProcessing security deposit refundsAccounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent incomeSend former tenants past due accounts for collectionResident event planningUpkeep with the property's social media accountsSkills:Property management experienceExcellent communication skillsCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareMRI experience preferredWell-versed in marketing and sales techniquesCustomer-focused approachComply with all state and federal fair housing trainings#ARIND
