AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.

Description: The Children s Hospital Float Pool (CHFP) consists of nurses trained to work in all Pediatric areas of the hospital including the Neonatal ICU (NICU), Pediatric ICU (PICU), General Pediatric floors, Postpartum mother/baby and the Pediatric Emergency Department. There are no beds/exam rooms associated with the CHFP structure. At the beginning of their shift, CHFP RNs receive their assignment from the Centralized Nursing Staffing Office or CHFP Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager. The assignments may be changed based on patient/staffing needs. CHFP nurses care for patients 0-21 years of age experiencing, but not limited to, prematurity, respiratory illness, trauma, sepsis, surgical interventions, neurological disorders, complex medical/surgical needs and diabetic ketoacidosis.
