About the Role Our client, a well-established and professional organization in Foothill Ranch, is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
- Support various departments with clerical duties as needed
- Maintain office supplies and notify the appropriate team when inventory is low
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training preferred
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
