The Delivery Specialist directly supports the pantry by packing, loading, and delivering pantry groceries to pre-determined clients, per current Aid in Milan delivery programs. Prompt professionalism is given at each stop, and courteous and safe driving and parking are expected.

This position requires possession of a valid Michigan driver's license to travel within the Milan area, Washtenaw, and Monroe Counties. Infrequently, travel may be outside of these counties for meetings or training. The qualifications listed above are guidelines. Other combinations of education and experience that could provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job shall be considered.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Duties require lifting up to 50 pounds for moving supplies used in services. Expected Work Schedule
The Delivery Specialist will maintain an average of 6-8 total hours per week, with a schedule of: Mondays ~ 2 hours, depending on the delivery location Tuesdays 9:00am - 11:00am Deliveries Can be flexible on day and time. Deliveries take about 4 hours to complete.
