Lead Capital Equipment Projects Drive end-to-end execution from specifications and supplier selection to installation and qualification. Ensure tooling and equipment meet GE standards, maximize uptime, and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Own Manufacturing Metrics Manage labor plans (VLOH), equipment/tooling budgets, and quality performance for your assigned areas. Conduct trade-off analysis and guide decisions that best support business goals. Design and Develop Processes Collaborate across functions to build manufacturing processes aligned with the full value stream, including workstation design, TPM strategies, single-piece flow, and standard work. Drive Documentation Excellence Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Manufacturing Control Plans (MCP) and Manufacturing Control Instructions (MCI).
